I built a career based on empathy and sustainable design, building trust with users and entire organizations. With a background spanning user research, UX design, and a past as an international development worker, I focus on fostering collaboration, inclusivity,  innovation, and driving impact. I’m especially passionate about working for a cause and using design to create positive change while maintaining a user-focused approach. 

At present, I am the Head of Design at Ecosia, where I lead a team of eight, with a current focus on improving efficiency through lean methodologies, embedding AI tooling to our processes, and bridging the gap between qualitative and quantitative insights when making decisions.
